The team did a fantastic job cleaning out our air ducts. After the service, my furnace wasn’t turning on, so I called and spoke with Isaiah, who was extremely helpful over the phone. He patiently tried to walk me through a few steps to get things working again, but when that didn’t do the trick, he suggested I reach out to a heating specialist. He assured me that I’d be reimbursed for any expenses. The next day, Isaiah followed up to make sure everything was fixed and asked for the invoice so I could be fully reimbursed, just like he promised. I was really impressed with their honesty and dedication to making things right. I’ve already shared my experience with my coworkers, and a couple of them are planning to book their own air duct cleaning soon. The crew that came out was very professional, and my air ducts are spotless now. Top-notch customer service and great results!

The team that came to our house to clean our air ducts was truly impressive. Dillon and Sebastian were efficient, tidy, polite, and very professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this air duct cleaning company in Galena Park. Isaiah and Dillon came out to clean my air ducts, vents, and dryer vent. They were both very knowledgeable and professional, and they were also friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. They even took a moment to be friendly with my dogs, which I appreciated.
