I am very pleased with the A/C services from this company. I called for a technician to diagnose leaking water from the AC system and Garcia and Julio showed up the same day. No more dripping water in or outside. I'm happy!

Welp now I don’t have access to my attic since the new unit is taking up the entire entry & my light doesn’t work anymore along with the exposed wires everywhere that I had to clean up. There was a mess left up there. Didn’t want to write this but we had them come out to check another unit & they tricked my mom into a whole new system instead of just charging us for the diagnostic fee. Instead of being honest and just letting it go they billed $1600 for a cancellation fee & sent it to collections!!! That’s just scummy. If a customer doesn’t want a service that was never provided then I would’ve just let it go. $1600 to cancel for something that was never done is absolutely insane. Really wanted to work with them in the future but that is tossed out the window now. Your character really showed here, Ted.

He is only a parts replacer. NO TRUE TROUBLE SHOOTING OR EVEN TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS THE ISSUE, but just automatically assumed it was a part without truly finding out if it was bad. STAY AWAY FROM PARTS REPLACERS. WITHOUT TROUBLE SHOOTING THE ISSUE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXPENSIVE COMPANY. He quoted me $4100 dollars to replace a core and didn’t have to replace it at this time but got it fixed for $628.00 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 And still charged me $128.00 for removing tape🤬🤬🤬🤯🤬🤯🤯🤯🤯

Have been a customer of Mr. Garcia for YEARS! Had an emergency the other day, he and his team were at my house and made FULL repairs on the same day! Quite remarkable considering the heat wave we are experiencing. There is a HUGE need for AC repairs now and the fact that we were able to get QUALITY same day repair service is impressive! Thanks again!
