After my Mother's recent death, I got a referral to Air-Care SE from a friend of my Mom. The friend has been using Air-Care for many years and raved about them. So I called and explained that I needed to have them fix the A/C in my Mom's house, but I was on a tight schedule. They gave me the appointment time I asked for and were actually a couple minutes early, to my pleasant surprise. The technician (Rick) was courteous, professional, and had the system diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. They only charged me for the one part they used, plus coolant, and labor. I do not hesitate to recommend Air-Care Southeast to anyone in the area needing A/C work. If I lived closer to their service area, they would be the only ones I would call. Thank you Air-Care Southeast!!

I can't thank Air-Care Southeast enough for their outstanding service. My A/C broke down during a heatwave, and I was desperate to get it fixed. Their team responded to my emergency call promptly and had a technician, Rick Holgin, at my doorstep within an hour. Rick was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to restore my cooling system. They even provided tips on regular maintenance to keep my A/C running smoothly. Air-Care Southeast's dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched. I'm incredibly grateful and will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Carl and his techs recently replaced our two units when they went out back to back. We got quotes from several AC companies and theirs was by far the best. They were very knowledgeable and we never felt like they were trying to push anything we didn't need(which we very much felt with the other companies). The process took a few days but it was quick and painless because the techs were so respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and were as minimally noticeable as possible. Carl was very patient in answering all of my husbands questions and gave a referral for an electric company that came out to do some rewiring in our attic. We are very pleased with the product and service we got and will be using Air Care Specialists for all of our future AC needs.
