My client in Rosharon recently had an air conditioning issue. While it was his Home Warranty company that sent out a technician, I was incredibly impressed with the service we received from Angel AC in Rosharon. The young technician, Rody S, who came out (possibly one of the sons running the family business!) was exceptionally polite and demonstrated a strong work ethic. He quickly diagnosed the problem and patiently explained everything to me, ensuring I understood the solution before proceeding. After the diagnosis, he said he'll call the warranty company and tell them the issue. He said the problem should be covered under warranty. Giving them 4/5 stars. I must say, there was some confusion on setting the appointment. Warranty company emailed me one date, but Angel AC said it was for a different date. So the receptionist was not very understanding to my situation. Even though we didn't choose Angel Ac ourselves, their professionalism and customer care were top-notch. It's clear this family-owned business prioritizes quality service. If you're in Rosharon and need AC repair, I highly recommend recommending Angel AC for your HVAC and Home Appliances.

This company is a ripoff. My home warranty company sent them out here and they didn’t fix the unit. They claim they didn’t know what the problem was. The man lied and said he brought parts but he didn’t have nothing with him when he came. They are very unprofessional and don’t know what they were doing. Now they sent a report to my home warranty company saying it’s the wiring and now my HW company saying they won’t cover it. I only gave 1 star because it won’t let me give 0 stars. I do not recommend using this company.

A total ripoff. Home warranty company sent them out and they want to charge 1650 dollars for replacing a part that are within manufactory warranty (a free part). I did a search for someone else who does the job, and the choose the first company I found and got the job done with half of the price. Avoid this company even if you have to pay another diagnose fee.

Been waiting for over a month for a part to be ordered. They then dropped the service request stating it "requires different expertice". This is to repair my furnace... So now I have to start all over. Would have been nice if they would have told me a month ago that they don't know how to work on furnaces. Giving them 2 stars only because the technician that did the diagnosis was a nice guy.
