Everyone was very helpful, nice, and professional. They took their time and I never felt rushed. They loaded up my big order into my truck. The return process of a few items was fast and quick. I would definitely recommend this business and I will be a returning customer if I ever need help again.

I've bought from Baker before in Texas City off 146, they were super helpful and had great prices and sell to homeowners; however, I mistakenly thought this would be common across the company. This League City location informed me that I needed to be a licensed HVAC professional to buy condenser capacitors that are sold on amazon to anyone. The plus is that they directed me to another appliance supply shop that did sell to me. Not a great experience.
