We were in need of a AC unit and got referred to Blueleaf Air Conditioning and I must say 5 stars all the around for them from service, quality and price was top notch. The two technicians that came to our house were Israel and John and they were fantastic as well, extremely professional and knowledgeable. They went over the plan for the new install and got right to work. After the install they cleaned everything up and left our house looking like it was when they arrived (which made the wife happy) along with taking time to set the new thermostat to our phones and explained everything to us on what to expect with the new updated system. Couldn’t have asked anything more from them. Overall they were a pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend Blueleaf Air Conditioning for any AC issues

*Blueleaf Air Conditioning arrived on time and were courteous and professional. HVAC install took 6 hours. Note* our attic is large so made their job easier. Trained me on the WiFi thermostat and next steps. Cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend!

rarely i put a negative review for a company but this situation actually called for it. I called them for a service call because the second floor of my house was not cooling. I told them that there must be something wrong with the damper motor because the first floor was cooling but the second floor was not. they charged me 950$ for a damper control board replacement which did not fix the issue. called them again and they came back the next day to replace the damper motor which actually fixed the problem however they charged me another 470$ for that. this is bad practice and i feel like i got robbed. totally unacceptable.

Called to get a quote from Blue leaf. As I can say customer service is horrible I was told on 3 different days when someone would be coming out to my home and given a time frame. However, no one never showed nor did I at least receive a courtesy call for cancellation or anything. Needless to say I had to call them after no one showed up on the time frame that was given to me. I can honestly rate at 0stars.
