The installers arrived on schedule and immediately got started blanking the floor area and preparing for the floor. They were very well coordinated in how they went about doing the work inside and outside. The work was completed in a time faster than I anticipated, as I watched my next door neighbor get a new systems installed and it took them all day and part of the next. Chris, initial tech stopped by to check on their progress and answered my questions. Only issue was no documents on operating / maintenance manual given to me.

Matthew and his crew were AWESOME! Our 40 year old AC finally bit the dust and Matthew came in and saved us. He got us a great unit at an AMAZING price with options for financing. His crew was there the next day they were clean, fast and awesome dudes. First class professionals. I genuinely felt taken care of. Matthew made me feel like he really cared about what our family needed. I highly recommend these guys and if you have the option ask for Matthew!

Brown AC & Heating came by do do a routine check up on my AC unit. I wish I could remember the technicians name but unfortunately I cannot recall, however he was fast and efficient and provided great advice on keeping my unit running. He cleaned the outside unit and changed the inside air filter. Great service.
