Carrier Corporate, Please take note of a valuable asset you have in Shelby the Branch Manager at the Webster, Tx. Location. She has made things happen that have not happened with past management. Yesterdays/todays transaction I had with Shelby, saved me time and money. She happened to call me as I was gassing up my truck to travel a 70 mile round trip to go to Port Northwest to pick up a condenser coil. I was told by another Carrier rep. (Not at Webster location) that the coil not be transferred to Webster. Shelby handled it and had the coil transferred in this mornings shipment! She has also called and texted prior to this to see if we needed anything or anything she could do for us. You’ve got a Great Asset In Shelby, take note! Thank You, Shelby! Your hard work is noticed and appreciated!

I called for a part (blower motor) Someone answered in 3 minutes! Part ready to roll in Webster in 10min Greeted upon Entry!! Smiling faces and had me out the door in 5 min! I don’t know what’s changed but these did great today!

I had the most unpleasant encounter with a front desk employee named Mike at Carrier Enterprise in Webster. His attitude was shockingly dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, he seemed more interested in ignoring me and chatting with his coworkers. It's disappointing to receive such poor customer service from someone who represents the company. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with Mike if possible.

Hands down the best CE branch in the Houston area. wait time is nonexistent, staff is efficient, friendly and always answers the phone. These guys makes our job of selling Carrier a whole lot easier keep up the good work guys.
