Shannon Betty1 StarFirst off I thought I was hiring a local Deer Park Texas company. Not what I got. It was a couple of guys from New Caney Texas. Then the main tech was rude and didnt do a very thorough job. He was supposed to wipe down the inside of the air register he wiped at them. I guess I'll spend tomorrow wiping them down myself. He seemed insulted when I questioned him about it. The spent a total of 45 minutes doing my home. 45 minutes, that includes setup, supposed air duct cleaning, as they were on their way out I asked are you not going to clean up the floors from where the little bit of debris fell. Again seemed put off for having to do his job. He said if you have a vacuum cleaner, I guess I can clean it up. Never again will I use this so called local Deer Park Tx company.Tuesday 7th October 2025
