I contacted Donald Duct & Steam Cleaning to clean the AC vents in my condo. Their first visit was to assess the condition and provide an estimate, the second to do most of the cleaning and mold remediation, and the third to fix the AC vent in the bathroom that had become loose behind the wall. In order to thoroughly do the cleaning, it was necessary to cut through the drywall in various places to access the trunklines but the cutting was kept to a minimum. The team was punctual, kept me apprised of what was needed as they went along, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

My ac unit stop working so I was looking for an ac repair company. I found Donald Duct & steam, they came on the same day, located the issue with in minutes and repaired my condenser unit. I also told the technician about an air flow issue I had in my master bedroom, they replaced my bedroom duct to a bigger one and that solve the air flow issue I had for years. Very professional service. These guys are real experts. Will use them again for sure, highly recommended!

I am a real estate professional. I called Donald Duct along with several other companies in the Houston area. I compared prices and services. I chose Donald Duck and Steam cleaning based on their customer service and pricing. They replaced and cleaned all my air ducts and AC return system. It feels like I have a completely different AC system. It is blowing incredible clean cold air. I am amazed at the difference that it made. I am completely 100% satisfied. Repairman Eric took the time to explain in detail before he began the job. After the job was completed, he walked me back through and showed me everything that they did. He actually cared that I was well-informed and happy with the work. Which is a refreshing change. I recommend this company.

I did not want to leave this till after I got service from another cleaner how wrong the quote I got was. These guys came in really hard with the pressure sale. Told me I need to replace all the vents and said I would have to pay 5k to do it. When I told them I needed to look around they went down 1k and said they would give me that deal if I signed today. This made me feel uncomfortable. I said I understood the guy wanted to make the sale and he told me he just works there and indicated that it does not matter to him and it makes no difference. When the company called to follow up it came up that the service person does make a commission based on what they sell. This whole thing just gave me an uneasy feeling about dealing with them. When I had another pro come in they gave me a quote for the same amount of time it would take and the cost was about a third because they did need to replace the box and the vents, but not the ducts. Before and after pictures are amazing and the vents were certainly cleanable.

We found evidence of mold on a vent and asked for an estimate. Our technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. Thank goodness the problem was minimal but I was very impressed with the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to refer to friends and family. Thank you!
