This is not a local company (Victory Appliance Repair in NY). Maybe the technicians are, but this number goes to a call center where the guy is yapping away and wants my credit card number over the phone to schedule a service appointment. It doesn’t smell right, and I only want to deal with local people.

Great technician fixed it fast and the customer service was a bit off. I was told that the appointment fee would be applied to any repair and I was really confused when i was asking when the appt fee would be returned I was told that he actual repair cost more than the tech told me it was. I would make sure what actual cost will be before having someone come out.

The number listed here took me to a call center that outsourced my freezer repair to 290 Appliances. 290 appliances was a horrible experience. Stay away from these guys. They couldn’t fix my freezer at my house so they took it to their shop and still couldn’t fix it. They wouldn’t return my freezer to me and It was an act of Congress to get money refunded. The call center at least followed up to help refund my money but that still took almost 4 months.

Don't waste your time or money dealing with this company. Bye far the worst experience I have ever dealt with any company. You will be lied to ...You will be told the parts are here and three weeks later you're still getting excuses. Wasted my time and money...Should have called a real Whirlpool repairman not some con- artist just telling you what you wanna hear... You have be warned....

I was making a appointment I couldn't understand the gentleman And when I asked him what he said several times he got frustrated And rude. Not sure if thier repairmen are professional or not but thier customer service is terrible.
