Christine Ray5 StarI called Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning to set up an estimate, Mike showed up on time and made me feel comfortable and assured me that my needs and wants would be met. On the installation day Mike and his crew showed up on time, they walked me through the installation process step by step. They exhibited great skill and professionalism during the install. Mike showed up the following day to make sure the system was working as required and make sure I was happy. Highly recommended.Wednesday 9th May 2018

He offered a variety of options fully explaining each one and the price he quoted was favorable. He solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Julian Hutchins1 StarNot at all pleased with their customer service. I didn’t have any service completed because they were a “no call no show” for the appointment. The appointment was made 6 days out and no communication from the company the day of or at time of appointment. I called them the next morning as my original appointment was between 4-7 pm the previous evening. Also no answering service/ voice mail when I called after they decided not to show up. While speaking to them in the morning and asked why they hadn’t shown up, the given answer was “it’s based on the tech and their schedule.” There seems to be a communication issue within the company. And I signed up for some BS annual service they had. Immediately told them to cancel everything. Put it simply.. terrible customer service. They probably have good techs, but customer service training needs to done ASAP.Sunday 25th June 2023
