They were amazing. They got out here quickly. They cleaned up very well. Top-notch Steven was awesome. As for the guys who are doing the install.. Steven even came back out when I had questions. I will definitely use them again 100%

Falls AC did a great job in a repair that ended up more complicated than first thought. They were courteous, great with communication, and showed up right on time. They went out of their way to make sure we could get our repair done quickly. I don’t want anyone else touching my system!!!

Falls A/C and Heating Services - service is the name of their business and they are excellent. They called within 24 hours, made appointment, diagnosis of A/C problem, took broken parts with him. Came back the next morning with new parts, installed them, checked out the system, all good. No charge, what a deal!! Highly recommend Falls A/C and Heating Services to everyone in the Houston area!

There is SOMETHING WRONG with our ac and they literally are here for 10 minutes and said nothing is wrong when there obviously is because my house won’t cool lower than 80. I called out them out twice and both times it was the same lazy tech who talked to me like I was an idiot because I’m a woman. Homeowners KNOW when something is wrong and not working properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND It’s pretty obvious this company doesn’t care.
