I give New Day Air Duct Cleaning a solid 5 stars! Our house in Alvin is from the early 80s, and the air ducts had started to wear out, especially around the connections and vent boots. Roger and the team were able to fix the vent boots and seal all the ductwork, making sure everything was spotless and clean for better airflow. Now, there’s no more dust or dirt blowing through the vents, and it feels great knowing the air is fresh and mold-free. We also got a new A/C unit, and I can tell the duct cleaning and sealing will help it run even better and more efficiently. The crew worked quickly and were very professional and friendly. We recently had our air ducts cleaned and coated in our home in Alvin, and the whole experience was fantastic. Derek and his team did the inspection and then handled the duct coating process. They worked quietly and efficiently, making sure not to disrupt our daily routine. To keep everything clean, they put down drop cloths along the paths where they moved their equipment and wore shoe covers so they wouldn’t track any dirt into the house. After they finished, they cleaned up all their materials and left our home just as tidy as before, except for the vents being placed upside down to protect the coating—just as they explained. Derek and his crew were always polite and professional during the whole process, and we felt comfortable having them in our home. We were also happy with how quickly the job was completed. After the duct coating, there was a light smell, but it faded away within a couple of days. Following their advice, we kept the house fan running, and since the weather in Alvin was warm, we could open the windows for extra ventilation. By the end of the weekend, any odor was barely noticeable. Overall, we’re very happy with the air duct cleaning and coating service and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality.
