Professional and prompt, they got the job done and have fixed our A/C for varying issues a few times. My one frustration point (reasoning for 4 instead of 5) is multiple visits and a larger bill because of it. We had a coil start leaking and no cooling for one of our units. Platinum Air was fortunately able to fit us in the next day. My wife was home when the leaking coil was diagnosed, and we were told it was not under warranty. Workers gave us the price to fix the coil, and my wife called to tell me about it. I was going to tell them to just fix it, but they were gone by the time I was home 20 minutes later and had already refilled with Freon. We had cooling again, but it was $400 we paid only for the contents to all leak out over the next week, when we had to do the coil anyways. In the future, I’d like to be asked before putting a band aid that ends up costing more money in place. But I will say they were very quick and professional when they needed to come out again, and from what I can tell they did a good job. Highly recommend, but make sure you’re getting the permanent fix first.

We had them come out and fix an issue with condensation on our vents where the builder hadn't sealed things properly. We also got some other work done and they were super responsive, quick and when we had something that needed a little more work they came right back out to take a look. Love a company that is responsive and local, makes it an easy choice. We'll definitely be using them for any future air conditioning work, especially as their prices beat others we had for quotes!
