Sharpe Services is the best. The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. James kept me informed every step of the process. The company installed a window unit so that I would be comfortable until they replaced my HVAC system the next day. The owner is exceptional. Ms. Painter set me up with a repairman within hours of my request and was able to answer all my questions and concerns expertly. I strongly recommend Sharpe Services for all your needs. I am so impressed that I will be using their maintenance program.

If there was ever a company that truly cared about your well-being, Sharpe Services is that company. This is a confident group with a lot of HVAC knowledge and expertise, especially for the South Houston area. Lori went above and beyond to help me with my failing HVAC system. She made the effort to understand my current situation and worked with me to make the best decision for my home. She will definitely teach you a lot! Jared and Alex were great to have because they focused on getting the work done right. I look forward to working with them again for upkeep but I hope I don't need to call for any major issues. Even if I had to, I feel much more confident with them handling it.

Had my new united installed years ago. I turned on my heat and did not work. I called at 7 pm, and Lori came to fix whatever than. Embarrassed to say I didn't turn the knobs correctly on the unit, I put it on heat, but it didn't put it on auto. Lori did not charge me a dime. I just will not use any other company. Sharpe is the best!
