Lance Gossett5 StarI've been using Ismael from Thermal Service for my A/C fixes since hurricane Ike wrecked my home in 2008 and there is no other company I would turn to for A/C help.
He's super quick to respond, usually showing up in a day or less – even on a Sunday when it is sweltering outside. Plus, I also really appreciate how he takes the time to explain what he's doing—I like knowing how things work.
His prices are fantastic and fair. He is honest about what needs fixing and what it will cost – and he works fast.
Ismael is just a pleasure to have around. He's friendly, polite, and really knows his stuff. It feels more like having a buddy over than a service call. Definitely sticking with Thermal Service for all my A/C needs!Thursday 25th April 2024

Michael Kane5 StarReplaced AC condenser and coil. Service was prompt and performed with tarps to insure me mess in the house. The installation was perfect and I was guided to the warranty information. I have known Ismael for 15 years and he is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. After our units went completely underwater for 2 days during Harvey he showed up and serviced all 4 units. They all worked when some of my neighbors lost all of their units.
