Terri Noel5 StarWeeks came out Wednesday gave me a quote on a job to have a light pole fixture replaced in my front yard. On Friday morning Ray came out removed the old lamp post and put the new one in. It looks great and he did a great job. Brandon Williams5 StarI don’t typically leave reviews because a lot of companies have terrible customer service, over promise/ under deliver, and try to squeeze every penny they can from you (I am, unfortunately, speaking from experience). Weeks is a different breed. Our AC went out with our two little girls and my wife in the house. I called them at 5pm. The rep on the phone was super kind and empathetic and told me that she would have someone in by the next morning. I was good with that. Five minutes later a different rep called me to say that they had an on call tech that could be there by 8:30pm. Hallelujah! When the rep was on the way both my wife and I got a text with his picture and name so we knew who to expect. The tech showed up 11/2 hours early! Darrin was super kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix what turned out to be simple problem but he also showed me what to do so I didn’t have to waste money on another service call! To top it off I have a 90 day window in case something does happen where I don’t have to pay the service charge.
I am over the moon with this company. I am blown away by the professionalism of their staff across the board. If you’re still on the fence about what company to go with get off it and choose Weeks!Thursday 16th May 2024

Tamra Stott1 StarSo, I asked Weeks to redisign my AC system seven years ago. I gave them an unlimited budget. I have a two story house that was built in 1974. I replaced all my windows and had all my insulation and siding replaced. I had new attic vents installed. I trusted Weeks’ new installation plan. I have my unit serviced two times a year. I have had nothing but problems for the past seven years. I’ve spent almost $50k in installation, mold testing, repairs. I have to call Weeks out every single year because my AC stops working. I pay for VIP service which means I get after hours service, but when I called on a Friday, I did not get a tech until Monday and my house was 96 degrees. DO NOT USE WEEKS!!! Some of their service techs are knowledgeable, but most of them are not. I’m at the point of suing them.Thursday 20th June 2024
