Willbanks, Inc. corporate headquarters is located in the Lakeview Business Park in Missouri City, Texas, close to the Sam Houston Parkway, Highway 90A and U.S. Highway 59, and just 25 minutes from downtown Houston.
Newly constructed in 2018, the 35,000-square-foot facility is home to our extensive inventory of boilers, boiler parts, boiler equipment, and more. In addition to our main warehouse, our Houston headquarters also includes our fabrication shop, office space, and training room.

Jeanne Pi3 StarUPDATE: Willbanks has since refunded us the 3-hour labor charge so I've changed my review from a 1-star to 3-star. I wish it didn't take a bad review for them to resolve this issue (which I'd tried to by phone and email prior to posting the review). Although I am satisfied with the resolution, I don't think a 4-hour minimum for labor (disclosed or not) is fair. Customers should be charged for actual time spent and labor/service received.
ORIGINAL: Willbanks did not inform us before scheduling that they charge a 4-hour minimum for labor. So for a Wednesday 26th July 2023
